The Process of Custom-Made Rugs:
When you create your own rug, your original designs are printed using dye sublimation, which fuses the inks deep into the fibres of velvet shimmer, so the personalised rugs won't peel over time. We bind jute to the anti-slip rug sponge base of your custom printed rugs for added strength and structure, topping with the printed velvet design. Design your own rug and the edges are neatly hemmed, creating a distinct straight line on the custom design rugs. If you ever need to transport your bespoke rugs, they can easily be rolled up, despite the structured jute layer.
Please note: Due to the production process, there is an odour which coming from the eco latex anti slip base / back of the customised rug. This is normal and will air out in a few days.
🧼 Care Instructions:
To maintain cleanliness and the pristine condition of your bespoke rugs, vacuum regularly. Do not put in washing machine, but if necessary, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Please do not place in close proximity to fire places or burning coals/wood.
Use duster and or vacuum gently with appropriate fitting.
The 10 year guarantee covers print, material & finish (excludes wear and tear).
